Our stay at the Sugar Creek Retreat was exceptional. The location was perfect, nestled between Eureka Springs and Bentonville. The rustic cabin decor added to the cozy atmosphere. Although there was no TV, the free wifi allowed my husband to watch his favorite game. The owner's customer service was outstanding, even surprising us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The memory foam mattress and high-quality linens made for the most comfortable sleep. I highly recommend this peaceful and welcoming retreat.

The nature surrounding the hotel was incredible! I loved hearing the birds and seeing all the trees. the wifi was fast and free, which was great for watching videos. the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a few negatives. the bed was uncomfortable and made my back hurt.

The whole place had a charming cabin vibe, with no TV, so it was the perfect place to unwind. We appreciated the complimentary wifi though, it made staying connected easier. The best part was the extremely helpful staff; their customer service was exceptional. , the bedding was so cozy, we had a great night's sleep.
